Corporate Accounts Payable Supervisor

Job Description
The Corporate Accounts Payable Supervisor will support the Corporate Accounts Payable team to ensure the accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions. This position will focus on streamlining overall accounts payable operations, strengthening internal controls, adhering to company policies and procedures and in compliance with government regulations and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the full-cycle accounts payable cycle, including but not limited to invoice processing, payment disbursements, vendor master data management, expense reimbursements, and related accounting responsibilities, while ensuring compliance with the government regulations and reporting
• Supervise and mentor the corporate AP team to ensure efficient operations
• Support and implement ongoing processes and system improvements and internal control enhancements
• Serve as the SAP accounts payable subject matter expert, collaborating effectively with internal departments and vendors
• Support company-sponsored projects as needed, in alignment with our commitment to innovation and continuous improvement
Qualifications
• Five years of full cycle Accounts Payable experience
• Proficiency in SAP Accounts Payable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Assertive, action-oriented with critical attention to detail and organizational skills
• SOX and internal control knowledge
• Effectively multitasking and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and automation in accounts payable
• Experience at a large global publicly traded manufacturing organization
• Proficiency in SAP Ariba preferred
• Proficiency in SAP Concur expense reporting preferred
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Pay Range: $75,000 - $98,000
The salary range for this position is determined by considering a variety of factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and the location of the position.
