Job Description
Stepan is seeking a Global Compliance & Risk Analyst to join our Ethics, Compliance and Risk team in Northbrook, IL (in-person). In this role, you will report to the Chief Compliance & Risk Officer. For Ethics & Compliance (E&C) you will help deliver a world class training program and help determine whether our programs are effective at preventing and detecting misconduct. In Risk Management you help implement an optimized insurance structure for the company and assist in tasks related to enterprise risk management and auditing functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist CCRO in managing the department – managing teams, bill paying, budgeting, reporting, etc.
• Lead the ongoing deployment of computer-based and live E&C training programs
• Assist in the maintenance and ongoing enhancement of the Company’s Code of Conduct and corporate policies
• Perform due diligence in preparing insurance renewal submissions
• Manage requests for insurance certificates and minor claims
• Manage insurance policies and binders
• Potential to assist in audits and investigation activity

Education
• Associate Degree required (BA / BS in risk management or business administration preferred)
Pay Range: $65,000 - 85,000
The salary range for this position is determined by considering a variety of factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and the location of the position.
