Sr. HRIS Analyst - SuccessFactors - REMOTE

Job Description

Summary:
The Global Senior HRIS Analyst partners with global HR leadership and peers to analyze work processes, identifying process improvements based on technological capabilities. The Senior HRIS Analyst ensures adherence to system governance, organizational schedules where appropriate, maintains a systems orientation mindset and effectively works with peers to set technology priorities.  Assist HRIS leaders with long-term planning related to HR technology.  This position serves as a technical point-of-contact for all HR systems and configuration.  
Duties/Responsibilities:
•    Configures and maintains ADP Workforce Time Management tool for US based plants
•    Recommends process/service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy
•    Performs first tier configuration and escalates to consulting service when applicable.  Assist in the review and testing of HR system upgrades or fixes, including bi-annual system releases for HR modules.
•    Collaborates with HRIS team, functional and technical staff as needed.  Maintains governance for HR system updates following the defined approval process. Documents process and results for review by HRIS leadership. 
•    Provides production support, including researching and resolving HR system problems, or process issues; performing or assisting functional subject matter experts with scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
•    Serves as the back-up to functional leads for HCM/Core HR
•    Supports human resources and other subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity through user enablement, training, and auditing while ensuring best practices, consistent and sustainable processes are supported and/or developed
•    Generates and coordinates reports/queries, including writing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Develop standard reports for ongoing customer needs where delivered report is not available. Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
•    Maintain role-based permissions including enhanced role access following the defined approval process.
•    3rd party and IT ticket support related to HR systems.
•    Assists with Internal and external audit requests.
•    Assist with annual headcount budget planning 
•    Performs other related duties as assigned. 
 

Qualifications

•    5-7 years related experience required
•    Prior global HR project work 
•    ADP Workforce Management experience preferred 
•    SAP SuccessFactors experience required 
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software – advance EXCEL
 

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience
