Chemical Operator

Job Description

The main aspects of the role are:

  • Operates processes in full accordance with SOP’s/COP’s
  • Accurately records all processing records and stock movements onto the SAP and WMS systems.
  • Achieves quality targets and ensures finished goods are of the highest quality.
  • Completes documentation and records to quality standards.
  • We are looking for someone who is willing to work day and night shift as this is an annualised shift pattern.
  • We also need you to be flexible within this role to cover other colleagues when necessary.
  • You must be prepared to get involved, share ideas and speak up.

Skills Needed for the role

  • Must be computer literate
  • Level 2 functional skills (Maths  / English)
  • FLT license (Counterbalance)
  • Ideally experience within a Chemical processing environment.

Desirable

  • PSMO training
  • NVQ level 3 Process Operators qualification (or equivalent)
